People always talk about the new place to eat, the best dish, etc…  I’d like to know who your favorite waiter or waitress is.  Would you please tell us who you believe is the best, where they work and a short story why.

  1. Susie, from Sakura on Ditmars between 35th and 36th Sts. She is front of house but also does some waiting on tables, and often takes delivery orders. She always welcomes us a smile, greets us by name, and asks us how our toddler is (who is always warmly welcomed as well). She helps create a very pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant and is one of the reasons we remain loyal to Sakura.
