Does this sound familiar?

It’s Tuesday night and your turn to cook dinner for your significantly better half.  You’re running late and picturing the grief that awaits you at home.

Well my friend, put that sad story to bed. Watch this video and follow along.  You will be the MAN once again.  King of the castle and Master of your domain.  Just to be safe, pick up a bottle of her favorite wine.

Ingredients needed:

  • 1lb bag frozen cheese tortellini
  • 1lb bag frozen garden peas
  • 1/2 stick butter (unsalted or salted)
  • 1/2 bunch fresh dill
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon truffle oil (white or black truffle). Available at gourmet markets.
  • 1/4lb wedge aged Parmesan cheese.  Always go for the good stuff.  Don’t be cheap on this product.
  • Salt and fresh ground black pepper.

Serve remaining Parmesan wedge with microplane with dinner.

Watch the video and enjoy.
