A new take on a childhood classic.  The modern Creamsicle.  Made with San Pellegrino Aranciata and Haagen Dazs Vanilla ice cream.

I offered this dessert at a recent menu tasting.  We served it on silver platters and passed them to clients while dining.  They all loved it and found the personal service irresistible.
